With over 26 years of experience in the education setting, Patricia Toben currently serves as the Arts and Community Engagement Program Coordinator for the Sioux City Community School District and volunteers her time as the Education Outreach Coordinator for the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra. Under her leadership, the SCCSD has been named one of the NAMM Foundation’s “Best Communities for Music Education” for 2016-2019. Toben is currently serving on the Iowa Department of Education Fine Arts Leadership Team. As an active adjudicator and clinician, she performs with various area ensembles when her busy schedule allows.
